ABOUT JENNY

As a Nashville native, I know Nashville inside and out.  I know where it was, where it is, and stay abreast of the latest news and research to know where it is going.  I have helped a wide variety of clients from first time homebuyers, repeat buyers/sellers, investors, and home in Probate.  I have helped buyers and sellers throughout Davidson County and the surrounding counties.    

I believe that life is an adventure and that we have one shot at the experience, so we best make the best of it.  I have a ton of hobbies, though I generally confess that I am a professional dabbler.  I want to be outside as often as possible.  I love camping, hiking, and fishing.

Most of my friends know me as the “girl who stacks rocks”.  I love building cairns. Once when visiting San Francisco, I met a man and his son by the Bay.  He said that everything has a place of perfect balance.  That has never been lost on me.   I enjoy biking, kayaking, and rafting.  

When you can convince me to go inside, you may find me making candles or leather working.

ABOUT MADDY

I am a born and raised midwestern girl.  I fell in love with Nashville after a weekend visit in 2017, and moved here from Iowa a month later.  I've lived in East Nashville, Germantown, Inglewood, and now Donelson.  Each neighborhood, like all neighborhoods in Nashville, has their own unique vibe and charm, and I enjoyed each one.

Jenny sparked my interest in real estate early on in our relationship, and in January of 2022 I became a licensed agent.  As a Realtor I thrived when managing the details of The Bell Group’s transactions, something many agents prefer to farm out.  So, in 2025 I took the leap from Realtor to Transaction Coordinator and now manage The Bell Group’s Transaction Coordinator service offering to licensed Real Estate Agents and Realtors in Middle Tennessee.

Jenny and I were married in a backyard pandemic wedding in May of 2020 with 4 guests.  We now live in Donelson with our son, Tucker, and our daughter Lennon.  When we aren’t doing all things real estate, you can find us camping, participating in Donelson community events, exploring new breweries, doing home projects, and generally spending as much time with loved ones as possible.

ABOUT Michelle

Born and raised in northern Michigan, I spent my college years at Michigan State University before embarking many adventures to explore new and exciting places. My journey has taken me from Seattle to San Francisco, Cleveland to Virginia, and most recently to Nashville, which I have called home for the past 12 years. I’ve truly fallen in love with Nashville – from the amazing parks and vibrant neighborhoods to the delicious food and drinks that are found across the city. One of my favorite things to do is try new restaurants and find the best cozy little places to grab a bite with friends!

On most days, you’ll find me at Tennessee School for the Blind, where I serve as the Director of Student Services, overseeing several departments dedicated to student success. One of the aspects I truly enjoy about my role is developing programs and processes that empower our teachers and staff to excel in their work. I’m thrilled to join The Bell Group as a transaction coordinator, where I can bring the same level of support to agents and clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable real estate experience.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me spending quality time with my incredible son, Louis, and my two sweet (but rascally) dogs, Tiger and Duckie. I also enjoy running, food (see above), spending time with friends, and relaxing nights at home with a great puzzle or TV show.
